The reality of the current construction market demands home builders develop new market strategies for business success. This seminar will analyze the differences between a home building company and remodeling company of a comparable size. We will consider some of the reasons businesses fail, while examining the overhead and profit percentages, office procedures, mark-up, and company structures found in common with successful construction businesses.
