Planning and Scheduling for Profit                           2 Classroom Hours   

This seminar introduces the items that are necessary to be successful in producing jobs.  We will begin by looking at the overall company structure, then break it down in detail, examining the production department and each the different facets of the production team, from office supervision to field personnel. During this course we will also review the do’s and don’ts of managing subcontractors, which will include a discussion of subcontractor agreements, schedules, customer relations, and how best to manage multiple jobs.  Johnson County, Kansas licensed contractors should note that this class is approved for non-code credit.
